Jewish psychologist & coach in Israel
Hello and thanks for visiting!
I am a clinical psychologist and marriage and family therapist with over twenty-five years of experience in the field. I am recognized for my work in developing short-term and outcome-focused psychotherapies for children, adult individuals, and couples, as I blend my psychotherapeutic training with coaching styles in my practice.
Through my work, I provide clients with the necessary tools to develop healthier coping and problem-solving skills, along with key life-management skills. My approach is integrative: I draw from ACT, attachment therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, imagery, and more. I guide my clients in rewriting their narratives, changing their mindset, freeing themselves of suffering, and redefining themselves.
My role as a therapist and coach allows me to support others as they untangle themselves from suffering and create the life they used to dream about. This is the lifeblood of my work, and it brings me deep satisfaction and joy. It is an honor for me to partner on this journey with clients. I welcome you to reach out when you are ready to take this step.
A few other interesting facts about me:
I am a founding member of the Bar Papas band.
I am the founder and director of the Chedva Institute for Relationship Enrichment. The Chedva Institute is an online and Jerusalem-based family counseling and marriage enrichment organization, providing an online address to Israel’s foremost relationship experts.
I received a Master of Arts in humanistic and clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology.
I have Rabbinic semichah (Yoreh Yoreh) from Rabbi Zalman Nechemia Goldberg.
