About

Jewish Social Worker in Brooklyn

We all strive feel more peaceful and to experience satisfaction in our lives, and sometimes we need help getting there. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I honor and respect my clients for allowing me to be part of their journey.

I help my clients find more peace, and increase their sense of security and well-being. I am inspired when my clients begin to live their lives more authentically and to express themselves more genuinely and effectively with the people in their lives. I work with my clients to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, and to manage difficult situations with more confidence and calm. I have experience working with addictions, grief and bereavement, and relationship issues.

My approach is primarily relational and I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor my treatment to their specific needs. I use various therapy models, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

For successful therapy, it's important to feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. If you are interested in seeing if I might be a good fit, email or call me for a consultation.
