Jewish Social Worker in Brooklyn

Wouldn't it be great if you could feel more peaceful and experience more satisfaction in life? You know that you could feel and do better, and you're willing to acknowledge that you need help getting there.

My goal is to help my clients find more peace, and increase their sense of security and well-being. I am inspired when my clients begin to live their lives more authentically and to express themselves more genuinely and effectively with the people in their lives. I work with my clients to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, and to manage difficult situations with more confidence and calm. I have experience working with addictions, grief and bereavement, and relationship issues.

My approach is primarily relational and I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor my treatment to their specific needs. I use various therapy models, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

For successful therapy, it's important to feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. If you are interested in seeing if I might be a good fit, email or call me for a consultation.
