About

Jewish Therapist in Manhattan, NY

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the changes happening in your life? A new job or no job. A new relationship or no relationship. A new living situation or life milestone.

Do you find yourself constantly worrying about the future but feel unable to make decisions in the present?

Stressed. Uncertain. Stuck.

You are not alone. I care and I get it.

As someone who moved cities, countries and continents multiple times and who delayed almost every major life decision by at least a year (and in the case of dating and committing to a life partner, almost 10 years) I understand the difficulties with adjusting to change and uncertainty about making decisions or knowing who you really are.

This is going to be your time to finally understand yourself. You will learn practical skills to manage your emotions, face your fears and thrive in new circumstances. You will identify your real values and develop a tangible action plan to meet your goals.

Are you ready to finally invest in yourself and start living a more connected, meaningful and calmer life?

My therapeutic approach is integrative where I combine evidenced based Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Positive Psychology and Narrative therapy principles and techniques.

Areas of expertise include: Anxiety, Navigating Change (career, moving, Yeshiva, parenthood), Workplace Stress, Perfectionism, OCD, Dating, Spiritual Struggles, Self Esteem and Identity Issues, Insomnia

New York University.
