Hi @Chavy and @mlove, I want to echo the fact that you’re very much not alone in this experience, and share that what you’re going through is actually is part a very common element of OCD called Magical Thinking. OCD brain generally doesn’t calm down (even with all the logic in the world!) until work through the fear by actually exposing it, over and over again. I have seen clients make so much progress using E/RP (exposure and response prevention therapy) to work through magical thinking, so please stay hopeful and know that there are supports for you as you go through this!

yes ocd can be anything i suffer from the pure o or could be only pure o the subtype rocd and getting help using act therapy but wonder why we dont talk more about pure o and ocd in general hope you get the help you need and may you have peaceful life in the future
