    Does anyone have any ideas of how to deal with all this turmoil that is going on when not seeing their therapist?



    Hello! This is definitely a challenging time and not being able to see your therapist can certainly add to the stress. Are you able to connect with your therapist online or over the phone?

    Regardless, some methods that I use to manage stress and anxiety include spending time outside, journaling, yoga, and meditation. Specifically when journaling, I find it helpful to make a list of stressors in my life, divided into two categories: things I can and cannot control. Then, I make plans to work on those things I can control. I find it easier to take on the stress of the things that are out of my control when I have been taking steps to relieve the stress of the things I can. I hope this helps!
