    I always absorb other people’s negativity after a short time I’m with them and even if I was in such a good mood before, once I’m in a negative atmosphere/ near someone who’s in a bad mood, I automatically start being in a bad mood too. How can I not get effected by the negativity around me?

    Also, if I’m having a good day and something really annoying happens, how can I stop focusing on the annoying part and move on instead of becoming in a bad mood because it?
