How can I stop feeling so guilty every time I ask my parents to buy things I need that are a bit expensive?

I kind of have the same thing. I’m not making nearly as much as they are, and I feel like I shouldn’t be asking them because I’m an adult, whether I’m making a little or a lot.

    Thank you so much.

I’m at the age where my parents still pay for my things.

It’s not shame, more like guilt, like saying to myself: “it’s my fault, i should’ve found something cheaper”, even if it was the cheapest one, or trying to make do without the item because it’s not needed that badly, or feeling really bad that I’m spending so much money.

It’s not rational guilt because my parents arent poor and they can afford it BH, and I buy things I actually need, so there’s nothing to feel guilty about.
