Hi! I’m Joanna. I’ve been working in mental health professionally since 2012. I obtained my Masters degree in 2013 from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Years ago I pivoted out of the counseling world and into the world of coaching! I focus on shorter-term, solution-focused work to help clients identify road blocks and reach both short term and long term goals. In addition to weekly or bi-weekly sessions, I check in to help clients with accountability. My clients usually hire me to work with them within the fields of career transitions, relationships, parenting, and overall well-being. I truly love what I do and I think that comes through in my work.
