Jewish Social Worker in New York, NY
At times, we all are confronted with challenges that can take a great toll on our emotional health and wellness. Despite how stuck we may feel, change is always possible. Each person has the power to heal as long as they have a safe space where they can openly explore the complex issues and emotions they are experiencing.
With specialties in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, women's issues, sex addiction, and more, I am committed to creating a supportive and trusting environment that guides and empowers my clients to take an active role in their healing journey.
Originally trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, over the years, I have expanded my modalities to include family work, DBT, CBT, and more. I provide a combination of practical advice and useful insights with a high degree of integrity to help clients develop insight, build upon strengths, and break free from old patterns.
In the last decade, I have specifically trained and specialized in divorce coaching. In this capacity, I partner with men and women as they navigate the complexity of divorce. I also coach other professional therapists who are interested in growing their resources and knowledge base as it relates to supporting their clients who are navigating divorce and/or separation.
My passion and commitment to helping others have been steadfast throughout my 30+ year career as a psychotherapist and I look forward to working with you.
